Our Mission & Community Impact
Cuale Spay and Neuter Clinics is dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation and improving animal welfare through High-Quality, High-Volume (HQHV) spay and neuter services in Puerto Vallarta. We sterilize over 2,500 animals a year at a cost of about $20 USD each. We partner this veterinary care with community outreach and education, constantly striving to improve the quality of our services.

Highest risk animals: Efforts focused on the most vulnerable populations including homeless and abandoned animals, entire litters before adoption, and animal transporters traveling from underserved areas
100% Direct Impact: Registered as a 501(c)(3), our operations are run by hard-working volunteers. 100% of your donation goes straight to our experienced surgical team—costing just $20 USD per animal

Donations of any size: Help us to help them. Only $20 USD (or 350 pesos or $28 CDN) sterilizes an animal
Clinic Sponsorships: Fund an entire clinic or part of a clinic in your name, your business’s name, or in honor of a loved one (human or pet!)
Project Sponsorships: Fuel our specialized, high-impact community initiatives outside of our standard operations, such as remote clinics in underserved areas, TNR support, vet office partnerships
